teeth, lashes, and lips

So a few things that people have complimented me on are my lashes, lips, and teeth. People have even asked me if I wear glue on lashes and they ask if I have my teeth whitened. So sense my blog is now public (:D) I told them to check it out and that I would let them know when I posted this tutorial.
Lashes- the secret to healthy, thick, strong, lashes is moisturizing and a little help from your eyelash curler and mascara. The only things you’ll need are-

Vaseline (or petroleum jelly)
Eyelash curler
Mascara (any kind)
Before you go to bed (every night)
Take a little Vaseline on the pad of your index finger and warm it up by rubbing that finger with you thumb.
Apply Vaseline from lash line to crease and crease to brow bone.
Apply to lashes like you would with mascara- from root tip
Apply on the outer corner of your eyes to prevent wrinkles (bonus points!)
With whatever is left, apply under your eyes and get as close to your lashes as possible.
Repeat on other eye
Make sure you don’t have any make up on, otherwise your lashes and skin wont be able to absorb the Vaseline.
The next morning-
    (Follow usual make-up routine)
  1. BEFORE you put on mascara (BEFORE!!!!) , curl your lashes three times- once as close to the roots as poss, in the middle, and the very tip.
  2. When applying mascara start at the roots and wiggle the brush.
  3. take an eyelash brush and spread out the mascara that is already on your lashes. apply a second coat of mascara before the first coat dries. Otherwise, your lashes could clump. If you don’t have a mascara brush, than you can just wipe off the excess mascara off of the wand on a piece of toilet paper and spread out the mascara already on your lashes.
  4. Add a second coat from just root to tip- no wiggling or wiping.
      1.
Apply mascara AFTER you curl your lashes. The reason I stress this is because if you put on mascara before you curl your lashes, you could rip them out.
Lips- like lashes, the secret to plush and healthy lips is moisturizing. The things that you’ll need are-
Vaseline
A toothbrush
Chap stick (mine’s cherry!)
Warm water
Take your toothbrush
Run it under warm water
Add a small amount of Vaseline to the brush
Gently brush your lips for a minute
Finish with a layer of chap stick. I like to go back and forth ten times on both lips.
Teeth- my secret to white teeth is commonly found in your kitchen cabinet. The things that you’ll need-
    Baking soda
    Warm water
    Mouth wash
    Tooth brush
    Tooth paste
    Floss

  • Brush, floss, and rinse your teeth/mouth every day, twice a day.
  • For two weeks, choose two days out of both weeks (I do it on Tuesdays and Thursdays) to do the following-
  • Mix a ½ tsp of baking soda with a ½ tsp of warm water
  • Brush for two minutes
  • Don’t eat or drink anything (other than water) for an hour to two hours
  • Be careful! The first two times I did the baking soda scrub I irritated my gums to the point where even if I just licked them, they would start to sting. Then I realized that it was because when I brush my teeth I get really aggressive with my gums so I don’t get build up there. Don’t do that with the baking soda. It hurts pretty badly.

Song- cold by aqualung and Lucy Schwartz. Actually, I’m gonna do two songs- Fighter by Christina Aguilera (I’m listening to it right now!)
    Celeb- Akon
Word- poss (short for possible or possibly. Your choice!)
